We ship fast. Canada Post cries later.

All Unbroken-ish gear is made-to-order, which means your chaos-fueled apparel is printed just for you. No dusty warehouse stock. No emotional baggage. Just fresh savage gear, stitched with caffeine and coping mechanisms.

 

🧵 Fulfillment Time

  • All items are printed and packed within 3–7 business days
  • Fulfillment starts once your order is locked in—no edits, no take-backs, no regrets
  • Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and emotional breakdowns

 

📦 Shipping Time (Canada)

  • Standard delivery: 3–10 business days after fulfillment. Up to 30 days depending on stock or print time on certain items.
  • Remote areas may take longer (we blame geography and moose)
  • During peak seasons (holidays, Black Friday, mass spiraling), delays may occur—plan your chaos accordingly

 

💰 Shipping Costs (Honest, No‑Surprises)

Shipping for Unbroken‑ish works differently because everything is made‑to‑order. Each product type (hoodies, tees, hats, etc.) has its own shipping rate, and our print on demand partner charges based on product category, not the total order.

Here’s how it works — clean, simple, and brutally transparent:

1. Each product type has its own “first item” shipping rate

A hoodie has one rate.
A t‑shirt has another.
A hat has another.
These rates are set by our fulfilment partner.

2. Additional items of the same product type ship cheaper

If you buy more than one of the same thing, you get a reduced “additional item” rate.

Example:

  • Hoodie #1 → full shipping rate
  • Hoodie #2 → reduced additional‑item rate
  • Hoodie #3 → same reduced rate

3. Different product types = separate shipping charges

A hoodie and a t‑shirt are different categories.
They have different shipping rates.
So each one gets its own “first item” charge.

4. If items ship from different facilities, they ship separately

Most Canadian orders are fulfilled in Canada.
If something isn’t available locally, it may ship from the USA.
Each shipment has its own shipping cost — this keeps your order moving instead of waiting for restocks.

Example 1 — Two hoodies

  • Hoodie #1: full shipping rate
  • Hoodie #2: reduced additional‑item rate
    Total: cheaper than two separate hoodie shipments

Example 2 — One hoodie + one t‑shirt

  • Hoodie: full hoodie shipping rate
  • T‑shirt: full t‑shirt shipping rate
    Total: two separate shipping charges because they’re different product types

Example 3 — Three tees + one hoodie

  • Tee #1: full tee rate
  • Tee #2: reduced tee rate
  • Tee #3: reduced tee rate
  • Hoodie: full hoodie rate
    Total: one tee shipment (with additional‑item pricing) + one hoodie shipment

Example 4 — Mixed items fulfilled in different locations

If the hoodie is printed in Canada but the tee is only available in the USA that day:

  • Hoodie ships from Canada
  • Tee ships from the USA
    Each shipment has its own cost and tracking number.


🔍 Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships
  • If it’s missing, email us—we’ll chase it down like a lifter chasing macros

 

⚠️ Delays & Disclaimers

  • We’re not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or global nonsense
  • If your order’s missing or damaged, check our [Refund Policy] and send us photos within 7 days of delivery
  • We do not guarantee delivery dates—only savage vibes and soft fabric

 

🌍 International Orders (if applicable)

  • Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country
  • These fees are your responsibility—we don’t control them, and we don’t ghost them either
  • Delivery times vary by region and emotional stability of local postal services
